This trimester we will be running a weekly fitness regime starting from week 2. All members are allowed to join this regime freely. Additional details are as followed:

Day : Every Friday
Time : 5.30pm
Venue : Gather at Squash Court

Trimester 2 09/10 Training Session

Dear all,

MMU Melaka Squash Club will start the Training Session for this trimester on week 2.

Sessions:

Beginners* (Learning the basics i.e Forehand, Backhand, Serve)
Monday 6-8pm
Monday 8-10pm

Intermediate (Learning Boast, Volley, Drop)
Tuesday 6-8pm

Free Session (3 quarters game, Match)
Tuesday 8-10pm

Sparring (Improving Skills)
Wednesday 8-10pm

*One hour by student coach, another hour by qualified coach.

Additional Details:
- Only one slot allowed per person
- Training Fees(For Beginner and Intermediate): RM5 [Member] , RM10 [Non-member]
- Attire: Sportswear
- Venue: Plaza Siswa Squash Courts

Just come on that day itself to register. New comers are cordially welcomed.

It is nearing to the end of this first semester and as usual we will be having our Senior and Junior Championship soon. All members are encouraged and welcomed to join this event. Details as follows:

Date: 12th and 13th September 2009

Time: 9am - 5pm Saturday, 9am-12pm Sunday

Fees: Free but only for members

Prizes : Trophies+Miscellaneous for Top Four
